What should I do if I'm unable to establish a Bluetooth connection with the sensor?

Troubleshooting steps

Ensure that the ST8 Sensor is powered on

  • You can determine if your device's power supply is stable by checking if the screen is displaying correctly.

    • If it is powered on, you can try turning off your phone's Bluetooth, then turning it back on, and placing the ST8 Sensor close to the phone to see if it connects successfully

    • If there is no power, we recommend charging the Sensor first or replacing the battery

Note

The Sensor can only establish a Bluetooth connection with one mobile device at a time. If you access the Sensor configuration page via an app on one device, another device cannot connect to the Sensor via Bluetooth
