What should I do if I'm unable to establish a Bluetooth connection with the sensor?
Troubleshooting steps
Ensure that the ST8 Sensor is powered on

You can determine if your device's power supply is stable by checking if the screen is displaying correctly.

If it is powered on, you can try turning off your phone's Bluetooth, then turning it back on, and placing the ST8 Sensor close to the phone to see if it connects successfully

If there is no power, we recommend charging the Sensor first or replacing the battery

Note
The Sensor can only establish a Bluetooth connection with one mobile device at a time. If you access the Sensor configuration page via an app on one device, another device cannot connect to the Sensor via Bluetooth
