I changed to a new router, how can I restore my Hub to normal operation?

Re-add your Hub through the MOCREO App and select the new Wi-Fi network during setup.

  1. Enter Setup mode on your Hub:
    • H5 series Hub: Go to Settings >>> Device >>> Setup. No long-press is required for entering Setup mode.
    • H3 / H6 series Hub: Press and hold the Setup button for 5 seconds to enter Setup mode.
  2. Open the MOCREO App and follow the Hub setup process
  3. When prompted, select the new Wi-Fi network for connection

Important: Entering Setup mode is different from performing a factory reset. Do not hold the button for the factory reset duration unless you intend to erase Hub settings.

Note: You don't need to reconfigure your sensors. Bluetooth LE/LoRa Sensors communicate with the Hub via Bluetooth LE/LoRa (not Wi-Fi), so they will automatically reconnect once the Hub is back online.
