What should I do if the sensor is offline?

Step 1
- Inspect the Hub
Verify whether the Hub associated with the offline Sensor within the same asset is functioning properly
If the Hub is offline, consult the relevant FAQs for your device model to further troubleshoot the issues you are experiencing
Step 2
- Check the device's battery level
Please ensure your sensor's battery level is adequate. If the battery is low, replace it or use the accompanying power adapter and cable to recharge the sensor
Step 3
- Modify the device's deployment location
Minimize the distance between the sensor and the hub while striving to position both at a relatively elevated location within the same space to avoid obstacles and sources of signal interference
