NS1 App Addition Guide

Keep the NS1 next to the phone during setup so the App can detect it through Bluetooth.

Before You Start

NS1 thermometer and supplied USB-C power cable
An available Wi-Fi network
A signed-in MOCREO account
A phone with the MOCREO Smart App installed and Bluetooth enabled

Keep the NS1 next to the phone during setup so the App can detect it through Bluetooth.

The NS1 connects directly to Wi-Fi and does not require a MOCREO Hub or QR-code scan.

Add NS1 in the MOCREO Smart App

Connect the NS1 to power.
Press and hold its button for 5 seconds to enter Setup mode.
Sign in to the MOCREO Smart App, tap +, and select NS1.
Follow the in-app Wi-Fi instructions.

Confirm the Device Was Added

Confirm that the NS1 appears in the App, shows as online, and reports a current temperature reading.

Use Without a Network (Offline Mode)

If you prefer not to connect the NS1 to the internet, you can use it without the App. Press and hold its button for 5 seconds to enter or exit Setup mode as needed.

In offline mode, the NS1 cannot be monitored remotely or use online alert features. To switch to network use, follow Add NS1 in the MOCREO Smart App.
