NS2 App Addition Guide

Before You Start

• NS2 and supplied power cable
• An available Wi-Fi network
• A signed-in MOCREO account
• A phone with the MOCREO Smart App installed and Bluetooth enabled

Keep the NS2 next to the phone during setup so the App can detect it through Bluetooth.

The NS2 connects directly to Wi-Fi and does not require a MOCREO Hub or QR-code scan.

Add NS2 in the MOCREO Smart App

1. Connect the NS2 to power.

2. Press and hold its button for 5 seconds to enter Setup mode.

3. Sign in to the MOCREO Smart App, tap +, and select NS2.

4. Follow the in-app Wi-Fi instructions.

Confirm the Device Was Added

Confirm that the NS2 appears in the App, shows as online, and reports current temperature and humidity data.

Use Without a Network (Offline Mode)

If you prefer not to connect the NS2 to the internet, you can use it without the App. Press and hold its button for 5 seconds to enter or exit Setup mode as needed.

In offline mode, the NS2 cannot be monitored remotely or use online alert features. To switch to network use, follow Add NS2 in the MOCREO Smart App.
