Night / Screen-Off Mode: Long-press the button for 2 seconds to turn the screen off.

Power Recovery Behavior: After power loss or restart, the screen now turns back on by default.

Large Alert Rule Support: Improved support for devices with many alert rules.

Dual-Probe Readings: Improved measurement behavior for dual-probe use.
Temperature Unit Display: Improved temperature unit display in the white theme.

Alert Email Probe Details: Alert emails now show which probe triggered the alarm.
Temperature Alert Emails: Fixed alert emails showing placeholder text instead of the correct temperature information.
Probe Notifications: Fixed missing email notifications when a probe disconnected or reconnected.
History Export: Fixed exported history missing one probe's temperature data.
Restored-Probe Data: Fixed missing first reading after a probe recovered and the device restarted.
Probe Reconnect Notifications: Fixed duplicate probe-reconnect notifications after power was restored.
System Stability: Fixed repeated restart issues.
Disconnected Probe Handling: Improved readings and reporting when one or both probes are disconnected.
